Responsibilities

Help teams across lines of business adopt and improve Agile methods and practices to solve complex business improvement problems.

Operate at an enterprise level to solve systematic problems in a structured manner and propose long‑term strategy roadmaps across the entire line of business before pilot projects.

Serve as a servant leader and mentor, supporting and evangelizing best practices for Agile, technical practices, and product management to drive behavior and mindset change that improves business agility.

Facilitate and conduct trainings and workshops at lines of business and enterprise levels, measure success through metrics, and provide recommendations to improve team and program practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or technical‑related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.

10‑12 years of experience providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Lean‑Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods, including Scaled Agile Frameworks, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Expertise in cross‑functional team leadership, coaching and mentoring approaches, facilitation, and teaching methods, and conflict resolution.

Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties, with strong problem‑solving skills and experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.

Base salary for this position is expected to be between

$160,000

and

$200,000

per year at the commencement of employment. Salary will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
