Job Description Be on the technology and supply chain forefront for the Manufacturing and Operations team within Supply Chain Operations. As the Supplier Quality Engineering Manager, you will manage a global team of Supplier Quality Engineers, responsible for ensuring our manufacturing partners produce high quality compute, storage, and networking hardware for OCI datacenters. In partnership with Design Engineering, External Manufacturing Partners, Commodity Management, Planning, Data Center Operations, you will lead the external manufacturers to meet the rapidly growing and changing demands of our customers. Success requires a well‑rounded leader who can navigate an ambiguous and fast‑paced organization and is capable of both strategic and deep tactical engagement as appropriate. You will need to be a self‑starter, communicate effectively, and be courageous enough to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

Manage the people responsible for the development, readiness, and manufacturing performance of compute, storage, and networking hardware through the supply chain lifecycle at Oracle's manufacturing partners. Key activities of the team include new site qualifications and surveillance audits; monitoring and reporting quality KPIs at all manufacturing sites (customer quality, factory yields, conformance to Oracle and industry requirements, etc.), and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement of quality and capacity performance at the manufacturing sites.

Assign and monitor work of staff, providing technical support and direction.

Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team.

Works collaboratively and builds reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners and customers.

Enhances Oracle's competitive advantage by anticipating customer needs and applying best practices and creative solutions to drive efficiency and productivity within the team.

Identifies and acts on opportunities for new or improved products, processes, or systems.

Demonstrates leadership by motivating and inspiring others to align their actions with the larger organizational goals.

Deals with complexity as shown by tactical decision making, and as demonstrated by the ability to make decisions willingly, even when facing uncertainty.

Enables execution as measured by the ability to know the business and understand metrics/key performance indicators required by self and team to deliver results.

Up to 25% travel – Domestic and International.

Qualifications Certain US customer or client‑facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

US salary range: $109,200 - $223,400 per year. Bonus and equity may apply.
