We are seeking a person with a good understanding of the systems to participate in the implementation, gather requirements, and recommend improvements to achieve project goals. The Cutover Manager will work closely with IT Project Managers, Business Process owners, and boundary system owners to execute pre‑cutover, cutover, and post‑cutover activities.
Responsibilities
Provide hands‑on management of all cutover tasks.
Coordinate and manage the cutover.
Develop the global template and local teams to execute the cutover.
Keep the template updated for future cutovers during the global implementation.
Coordinate with project managers for testing, data migration, IT system cutover, and legacy business process transition.
Ensure integration of all project areas.
Collaborate with business users, management, IT analysts, developers, and consultants.
Develop a detailed cutover checklist and project plan incorporating technical and operational/business tasks.
Lead project deliverables.
Assist in creation and maintenance of project support materials such as project plans, tracking documents, meeting notes, and status updates.
Apply SAP functional or technical experience in any module.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management skills, especially building constructive working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong project/program management skills, strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
15+ years of SAP experience.
Experience in cutover activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation for at least one or two global implementations.
Experience managing cutover in a retail client.
