We are currently seeking a SAP Cutover lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US‑TX), United States (US).

Cutover Lead
Define and manage all cutover/mock cutover activities, including system builds for testing and other needs, from planning through execution and close‑out.
Establish and update the cutover tracker (Transport Request, system build, SAP CPI build, etc.) and review daily activity, sharing reports and follow‑ups with key stakeholders and action owners.
Co‑lead all cutover activities with the Client Cutover Manager and provide regular status updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
Establish program‑specific communication protocols for crucial phases (e.g., Quality Cutover, Production Cutover, Black‑Out Phase).
Develop the overall cutover strategy and plan for SAP S4 go‑live, defining scope (technical, functional, data migration, and business activities). Build detailed cutover schedules covering pre‑cutover, cutover weekend, and post‑go‑live tasks.
Identify dependencies between business, IT, infrastructure, and third‑party systems in a GxP environment (validation). Act as the single point of contact for all cutover‑related activities.
Facilitate regular cutover planning workshops with business and technical stakeholders, establish governance and escalation paths, and ensure fallback/rollback/black‑out plans are defined and tested.
Communicate critical milestones, dependencies, and risks to all impacted teams, and prepare cutover dashboards, progress reports, and post‑go‑live reports.
Ensure smooth handover to hyper‑care and support teams, validate that all cutover activities are properly documented and signed off, and conduct lessons‑learned sessions for future cutovers.
Monitor stabilization phase and ensure outstanding cutover items are resolved.
Cutover Deliverables / Work Product
Cutover strategy and master plan.
Detailed cutover schedule with dependencies (including system builds) using MS Project.
Risk, issue, and contingency plans for cutover.
Communication plan for stakeholders during cutover.
Post‑cutover handover and lessons‑learned report.
Skills
Proficient in MS Project.
Quick and fast response.
Proficient in Office 365 app suite.
SAP Cutover experience with S4 Private Cloud.
Pharmaceutical industry experience with GxP Validation requirements.
Collaborative with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in soft skills such as leading meetings, documenting minutes, establishing RAID logs, and maintaining them.
Sense of urgency and rigor for keeping on track.
Proactive assessment of potential risks and escalation.
