Vice President of Capital Markets – Real Estate
Join ProActivate as Vice President of Capital Markets. In this leading role, the VP will partner with the CEO to drive capital raising initiatives and investor relations for a growing land development company launching a real estate investment fund.
Base Pay Range USD $125,000 – $175,000 per year
Additional Compensation Variable Commission (performance based, profit sharing, equity participation), Uncapped commission, Monthly company stipend of $250 per employee + $250 per dependent.
Benefits 2 weeks vacation plus standard national holidays.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a fundraising strategy for new or existing real estate development funds.
Manage due diligence processes and investor onboarding.
Maintain and utilize CRM systems to track investor pipeline, capital commitments, and outreach activities.
