Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution of highly targeted, personalized media campaigns across digital channels.
Oversee media planning/activation, agency management, and budget stewardship for all brands.
Manage a Content Delivery Manager to ensure creative workflow and timely launch of campaigns.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, eCom, Consumer Experience, and Regional teams to align marketing initiatives.
Define and monitor KPIs, create measurement plans and hold media buys accountable to business results.
Drive financial management, including media budgeting, PO processing, invoicing, and post‑buy reporting.
Optimize media performance, analyze agency reporting, and recommend adjustments to improve ROI.
Champion localization of global templates and support regional adaptations for full‑funnel execution.
Maintain media flowcharts, authorizations, and compliance with brand safety standards.
Provide guidance on media vendor selection, contract negotiation, and creative alignment.
Qualifications
BS/BA in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in digital agencies or fast‑paced CPG/Beauty/Health & Wellness brands.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills with a track record of leading teams.
Proficiency in audience development, segmentation, consumer journey mapping, and conversion funnels.
Deep understanding of digital media processes, vendors, and performance metrics.
Experience managing media projects, including timelines, budgets, and KPI setting.
Skilled in MS Office and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
Adaptable and flexible in navigating change and uncertainty within project lifecycles.
