Job Overview As Data & Analytics Manager, you will provide thought leadership to strategize and evolve Media reporting structures. You will oversee critical analysis, strategic support, and reporting of media plans and budgets. The role requires a strong analytical mind, detail orientation, and a passion for using data to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Media Reporting: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance strategy tailored for the U.S. market, focusing on driving reach and engagement across the full funnel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, eCom, and Consumer Experience teams to align on marketing initiatives and campaign goals, and facilitate regular meetings to share insights.

Performance Management and Optimization: Manage agency reporting across all media, monitor performance against KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to understand media impact.

Integrate Cross-Agency Dashboards: Consolidate and optimize learnings across dashboards to support the full media ecosystem.

KPI Definition and Monitoring: Define and monitor core KPIs and diagnostic metrics, adjusting strategies to meet targets and drive business results.

Test & Learn: Verify measurement validity, develop responses with agencies, and provide guidance for future planning cycles.

Profile / Qualifications

BS/BA in a relevant field.

7–12 years of related experience in digital agencies or fast‑paced CPG, Beauty, or Health & Wellness industries.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to set priorities and work independently.

Experience pulling metrics directly from social platforms.

Understanding of dashboard back‑end construction and front‑end visualization standards.

Deep knowledge of media analytics, platforms, and KPIs.

Project Management experience; ability to manage scope, stakeholders, and schedules.

Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau visualizations.

Detail‑oriented and skilled at deep‑dive analysis.

Data validation proficiency.

Team involvement on similar projects and initiatives.

Experience with international companies is beneficial.

Thoughtful media savvy individual familiar with upcoming trends is advantageous.
