What you'll do
Work with customers daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets and business problems into sophisticated multi‑dimensional models.
Understand business requirements and document them.
Design and build the corresponding Pigment applications.
Train and co‑build with customers so they become self‑sufficient in the solution.
Participate in and/or lead UAT and deployment activities.
Integrate source software and migration solutions (connectors and APIs).
Serve as link between customer stakeholders and the product team, ensuring we develop the best planning platform.
Lead cross‑functional projects to develop and improve best‑in‑breed methodology and processes.
Who You Are
Exceptionally skilled at building complex systems and explaining them to all stakeholders so they are simple to use and maintain.
Comfortable with high volumes of unstructured data, which you’ll need to structure and validate.
Fast learner, especially in new domains; we work with diverse customer use cases and businesses.
Excellent at building trusted relationships with a deep sense of empathy and dedication.
Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
Adaptable to rapidly changing product and customer needs.
Experienced meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
Fluent in English and French, or additional European languages is an advantage.
MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
