associate attorney
to join their
Labor & Employment Practice
in
Tampa, Florida . The ideal candidate will have at least
three years of labor & employment litigation and counseling experience .
Responsibilities
Support a dynamic team that defends matters involving trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour claims
Counsel national clients on labor and employment laws and human resources matters
Assist employers with administrative investigations before the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB
Qualifications
At least
three years of labor & employment litigation and counseling experience
JD from an accredited law school
Strong academic credentials
Licensed to practice in Florida
Strong writing and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range:
$205K - $245K , commensurate with experience and credentials
