Join Intuit’s team as a Principal HR Business Partner. You will support executive leaders across the company, translating strategic objectives into high‑impact talent and organization plans.
Overview Intuit HR Business Partners accelerate business growth and culture by crafting multi‑year organizational and talent strategies. They lead change management, foster high‑performing teams, and leverage data, change leadership, and domain expertise to drive outcomes for people and the business.
Responsibilities
Act as a key partner to executive leadership, owning the people agenda in collaboration with senior leaders.
Use deep business strategy insights to identify required skills and capabilities; build plans to hire, develop, and retain talent aligned with business goals.
Operate seamlessly with People & Places partners—Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Analytics.
Drive multi‑year organizational and talent strategies, leading change initiatives and strategic improvements to organizational design.
Utilize HR technologies and analytics to proactively identify trends and influence decision‑making.
Improve key metrics such as engagement, manager scores, mobility, retention, and leadership capability.
Qualifications
7‑10 years of HR experience partnering with executives to build high‑performing teams and lead change.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly learn objectives and influence talent decisions.
Experience building an annual org strategy and talent plan with clear priorities and actions.
Strong analytical skills; ownership of data interpretation and use in decision‑making.
Experience framing organizational design options to accelerate speed and reduce friction.
Experience diagnosing and building senior leadership team capabilities with courage and candor.
Experience identifying opportunities to lead change and building those skills in others.
Experience building trusted relationships across HR functions and executive teams.
Experience building relationships with executives, managers, and employees with credibility and integrity.
Compensation and Benefits Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach, including cash bonus and equity rewards. Base pay ranges by location are:
Bay Area, California: $196,000 – $265,500
Southern California: $191,000 – $258,500
