This position is part of the Ecosystem HR Line organization, reports into the SVP, HR, and is located in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

Partner with three SVP leaders of the technology ecosystem (Cyber Security, AI Native, & FinTech) overseeing a 7,500‑person global EEs organization, and their Senior Leadership Team to deliver HR strategies, programs, and operating mechanisms (performance, annual employee survey, organization, talent, and pay reviews, etc.)

Leverage deep understanding of the business strategy to provide expert insight and leadership into organizational effectiveness and talent planning and development

Work with senior leaders to identify, develop and hire the right senior‑level talent to support the business strategy

Partner and coach the SVPs, Senior Leadership Leader, and the rest of the Leadership Team to grow leadership capability at all levels

Develop a high‑performing organization and strong leadership bench, focusing on VP and Director talent

Drive improvement in key people metrics, including Employee Engagement, Internal Mobility, and Attrition. Help the business achieve the goal of >85% engagement, >65% internal mobility, and no regrettable losses

Grow and develop HRBP talent across People and Places organization

Encourage, motivate and guide individuals and teams in learning and improving effectiveness

Play an active role in delivering on People and Places priorities

Drive successful organizational change and coach leaders and teams to be successful at change leadership

Be a leader‑teacher, facilitate team‑building sessions and other training sessions to improve organizational capabilities and social architecture

Ensure clear priorities are set (and executed on) for developing a high‑performing organization

Provide data‑driven leadership that supports the organization with actionable insights to enable data‑driven decisions

Build and nurture strong partnerships with People and Places COE leaders and HR Line Leaders

Qualifications

Strong business and technology acumen—able to quickly learn the business and make talent and organizational decisions that impact business outcomes

15+ years’ experience in a senior HR leadership role partnering with officers and executives; preference for experience partnering with Technology & Product Development teams

able to comfortably move between strategic issues and day‑to‑day HR operations

Experience in organization design and development

Proven experience identifying and leading change, and building this capability in others

Experience building org and talent plans to identify and execute against future talent needs (defining skills needed for the future, succession, and development plans, etc.)

Talent planning & development experience

Ability to influence and drive change working across the organization

Decision making & critical thinking

Relationship and stakeholder management

Broad HR knowledge in key domain areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, talent development, and workforce planning

Executive coaching

Demonstrate a bias for action and subject matter expertise that enables you to be a valuable business partner

Track record of a commitment to diversity and inclusion and a belief that diverse teams bring better business and customer outcomes

BS/BA in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is $275,000.00–$300,000.00.
