Commercial Senior Relationship Manager (Emerging Middle Market)

The Emerging Middle Market segmentation targets companies with revenues of 10-50 million USD. The ideal candidate has a strong COI network, established in the marketplace, and a proven track record of sales performance.
Responsibilities
Develop new business by contacting prospects and clients and cross‑selling BMO products and services including credit, trust/investment, and cash management.
Participate in and provide leadership in community and bank activities to increase brand visibility and new business opportunities.
Advise clients on loan products, rates, terms, collateral and cash management solutions.
Manage commercial banking relationships, plan for prospective clients, and monitor pipeline.
Provide oversight, monitoring, and reporting for assigned business group for regulatory remediation.
Analyze financial data to determine client needs for proper product structuring.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal control standards.
Serve as daily escalation resource to meet or exceed client expectations.
Assist team with pre‑sales activities, pitch preparation, client research, and sales support materials.
Track implementation requests and monitor performance, addressing any issues.
Provide research and data gathering to facilitate solutions for client business needs.
Qualifications
Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree or equivalent.
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through education and business experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Influence skills.
Data‑driven decision making.
Compensation Salary: $88,800.00 – $165,600.00 (salaried). Commission structure may apply. Compensation varies based on location, skills and experience.
