What You Will Do

Lead multi‑discipline engineering teams in design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products.

Design engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analysis.

Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects.

Identify and resolve issues in the development and implementation of test products.

Qualifications You Must Have

Experience with electrical engineering design and analysis tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic.

Experience with analog, digital, and/or RF design.

Experience designing, testing, or integrating digital, mixed signal, and/or electrical system interconnects.

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Degree in STEM and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum 7 years experience.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with test equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network Analyzers, Power Meters).

ABET accreditation (preferred).

Experience developing functional strategy and improving processes.

Knowledge of test system design and development best practices.

Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $124,000–$250,000 USD. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off. Incentive compensation programs may apply.
