Associate Director of IT Recruiting at Atlantic Group Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Associate to join a growing talent team for a client in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate brings approximately five years of agency recruiting experience and/or prior internal recruiting experience within the asset management or financial services sector. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles across the firm, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Partner with department heads and HR to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
Maintain and optimize ATS workflows and candidate pipelines
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our company culture and values
Provide market insights and contribute to strategic hiring decisions
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong foundation in agency recruiting or experience working internally within an asset management firm or similar financial institution preferred
Experience recruiting within the financial services space
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across a variety of business functions
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
