A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Boston. This role will own full-cycle recruiting—from requisition creation through offer acceptance—for roles across Investment and Operations teams, spanning campus recruitment to Senior Associate/Principal level. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple searches, and thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder alignment, and offer delivery.
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans, candidate scorecards, and selection strategies.
Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a high-quality experience.
Manage and optimize relationships with external recruiting partners and hold them accountable to delivery and DEI goals.
Maintain ATS data integrity, reporting, and recruiting documentation.
Prepare compensation data, offer materials, and support onboarding activities including background checks and training coordination.
Execute sourcing strategies to support diverse hiring initiatives.
Uphold data privacy, confidentiality, and information security standards.
Qualifications
4+ years of recruiting experience (internal, agency, or hybrid).
Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and candidate management.
Strong sourcing experience and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruitment tools.
High attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and professional stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable working with systems, databases, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
