Director of FP&A

to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic finance initiatives across four business units. This is a

board‑facing role reporting directly to the CFO , offering exceptional exposure to the CEO, COO, and cross‑functional leaders. What You’ll Do Lead the full FP&A cycle, including the

annual budget ,

quarterly forecasts , and

long‑range planning

for all business units. Own executive‑level reporting:

Board decks , strategic review materials, KPI storytelling, and financial insights. Partner closely with Accounting, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to translate business drivers into financial outcomes. Build, maintain, and enhance financial models; driver‑based, multi‑site forecasts. Establish a cadence of weekly/monthly KPIs and variance bridges; ensure data accuracy and reconciliation to GAAP. Manage and mentor a Financial Analyst while helping shape and scale the future FP&A team. Champion improvements in data integrity, BI tools, and forecasting processes during an ongoing systems transformation. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience

in multi‑unit retail, CPG, franchise, or consulting environments. Strong ownership of budgeting, reforecasting, KPI management, and board‑level materials. Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools. Strong executive communication and the ability to influence cross‑functionally. Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, PE‑backed environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting required;
