Responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, conducting complex scenario analysis, leading M&A due diligence and integration support, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for reporting to senior leadership.

Background
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field – REQUIRED
Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance – preferred
CPA and/or MBA – preferred
8–15 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A roles
Experience leading the FP&A function in a private‑equity‑backed company
Hands‑on experience building financial models from scratch
Advanced Excel skills – required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
