Draft complaints and TRO applications, manage high‑volume discovery, take depositions, and prepare dispositive motions and settlements.
Work on complex, high‑profile cases at the forefront of IP law.
Develop leadership skills early in your career.
Qualifications
3rd‑4th year associate in IP litigation with a focus on trademark/copyright litigation.
Admitted to practice in Illinois or eligible to waive.
Excellent academics with strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and may be eligible to relocate to Chicago.
