The salary for this position is between 250,000 to 275,000. Qualifications 3–4 years of IP litigation experience, including trademark and copyright litigation, anti-counterfeiting litigation and online enforcement. Experience in all aspects of litigation including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation, drafting complaints and applications for TROs and preliminary injunctions, managing high volume discovery, and preparing dispositive motions and settlement agreements. Excellent academic credentials are required. Strong research, writing and analytical skills required; team focused. The firm seeks candidates who are motivated self starters with strong leadership, skills. Must be admitted in Illinois or New York or eligible to waive in.
