Key Responsibilities
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process in the consolidation system, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
Review divisional financial statements, analyze balance sheet accounts, and provide guidance to divisional teams on GAAP compliance
Assist with SEC reporting and preparation of external financial information
Partner with accounting locations to streamline and improve financial close processes across multiple business units
Perform ad hoc analysis, management reporting, and special projects to support leadership decision-making
Prepare government census reporting and other regulatory filings as required
Work closely with the Corporate Controller and divisional controllers, gaining valuable exposure to corporate and operational finance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or large company environments
Strong understanding of US GAAP, accounting processes, and internal control concepts
Experience with consolidation systems (OneStream, Hyperion, or similar) a plus
Proficiency in Excel and comfort with financial systems and reporting tools
Exposure to Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance a plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast‑moving organization
