The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of a lean, high-performing corporate finance team, reporting to the Operational Controller. This role supports both corporate and divisional initiatives, with a focus on ROA optimization, working capital improvement, performance benchmarking, KPI development, financial analysis, forecasting,
and other FP&A and accounting projects.
Responsibilities: Benchmark divisional performance using KPIs such as ROA, working capital, inventory turns, DSO, headcount, bad debt, etc. Analyze forecasts and variances to identify trends and opportunities. Review financial results for compliance with internal controls and US GAAP. Partner with divisions to implement cost-saving initiatives and strategic projects. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Collaborate with accounting teams to improve and align close procedures. Provide guidance to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting. Conduct balance sheet analysis, focusing on inventory and reserves. Prepare internal management reports and handle ad hoc financial projects. Analyze financial results to identify profitability drivers and improvement opportunities. Assist in developing and implementing corporate financial policies.
Qualifications: Ethical, credible, and collaborative team player. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver concise recommendations. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or finance. Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal controls. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
