Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end Approval and Bill Payment Experience, from defining approval policies, approving payments, payment method selection, and money movement.

Define and drive the multi-year product vision for AI Agents for the AP Approvals and Payments Experience workflows, aligning with BILL’s big bet on agentic AI.

Develop the strategy for modernizing core product areas, balancing reimagination and refresh.

Establish frameworks to prioritize opportunities, balancing customer experience, technical modernization, and automated workflows. Secure alignment with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Partner closely with ML, design, data science and engineering to design and build scalable, agentic-native features that automate manual work for customers.

Understand customer pain points deeply and translate them into agentic AI concepts and clear product requirements to drive execution from concept to launch.

Deliver zero-to-one agentic AI features while managing backlog and iterative improvements for mature in-market products.

Lead modernization workstream to redesign and modernize the AP Approvals and Bill Payment experiences.

Partner with finance, billing, marketing, and sales to define maturity thresholds for monetization of agentic AI features.

Create communication and change management strategies for new features that resonate with both existing customers and prospects.

Act as a thought leader for agentic experiences and modernization within the company and across the industry.

Mentor other product managers across related areas, sharing best practices in product frameworks, cross-functional alignment, and customer-centric innovation.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or financial services.

Proven success delivering zero-to-one products and scaling them, ideally with AI, machine learning, or agentic customer‑facing features.

Strong track record of creating and using structured frameworks to prioritize product opportunities and drive alignment with executive stakeholders.

Strong understanding of accounts payable, spend management, and liquidity workflows, including compliance and audit processes.

Demonstrated ability to balance customer empathy with business goals.

Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering, ML, and data science teams on workflow orchestration and intelligent automation.

Strong cross‑functional leadership and communication skills, partnering across engineering, data science, operations, finance, and go‑to‑market teams.

Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy, measure success, and iterate on product design.

Comfortable operating in high‑ambiguity environments, creating clarity and building durable strategies in new problem spaces.
