Description

We are seeking a results‑driven sales professional to generate sales of RAM Trucks and Vans to small business customers. This role focuses on increasing revenue by building relationships with existing commercial clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets

Build and maintain relationships with small business and commercial customers

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consistent prospecting

Collaborate with RAM dealerships to facilitate vehicle sales, pricing proposals, and product demonstrations

Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs): Customer contacts, dealership referrals, and closing rates

Provide market insights and customer feedback to the Stellantis Small Business Sales Team

Support local commercial events and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Qualifications

Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or commercial vehicle industries

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Knowledge of commercial vehicle sales processes is a plus

Requirements Preferred Background and experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Dealership sales or commercial fleet sales experience

Brand and product representation and sales development

90% daily travel with some overnight travel required depending on assigned market

College degree preferred but not required.
