Parts and Service Technical Advisor – Boston, MA
Stellantis is seeking a Parts and Service Technical Advisor to serve as a direct liaison between Stellantis and a concentration of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Alfa Romeo, and FIAT dealerships within one of our regional business centers.
Key Job Responsibilities
Provide phone and in‑dealership technical assistance.
Troubleshoot and resolve final repair attempt situations.
Represent Stellantis as a subject matter expert on litigation/buyback matters.
Manage dealership technical training requirements and CAIR updates.
Support C.A.G., Engineering, proving ground requests, recall and rapid response follow‑up, and quality feedback liaison.
Dealership Consultation
Repair service agreements and facility inspections.
Tools, equipment and facility evaluation.
Customer experience improvements and fixed first visit efficiency.
Repair shop process improvements with a focus on the customer.
Basic Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology or a high school diploma/GED plus automotive trade school certification.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
3+ years of experience advising dealerships or automotive technical service.
Ability to build positive working relationships and resolve issues.
Self‑motivated and goal oriented with minimal supervision.
Willing to relocate.
Domestic travel 61‑80% and 50% overnight travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field.
Dealership experience and ASE certification.
Body shop experience.
