About the Position: Lead the Pack at Scenthound! As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, leading a team, and creating exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do
Drive membership sales and revenue growth by educating customers on the benefits of routine hygiene for dogs
Build and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship for a knowledgeable sales and service team that prioritizes dog wellness and safety
Build relationships with dog parents and engage the local community to increase brand awareness
Ensure a safe and positive experience for all dogs and customers
Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence
Manage pre-opening sales and marketing campaign to ensure a successful launch
What We Looking For
A proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for team-building and excellent service
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team and connect with customers
A commitment to dog safety and wellness
Someone who is coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow
Retail or membership-based sales and marketing experience
Experience handling dogs preferred
Strength to lift up to 70 pounds; stamina to stand for long periods of time
