Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Reports to:
Senior Manager, Reporting & Corporate Accounting
Our client, a multi‑billion dollar global manufacturer, is seeking a
Senior Financial Reporting & Consolidations Analyst
to join their team. You’ll lead global consolidation activities, support SEC reporting, and contribute to corporate accounting for a rapidly growing, complex, multinational structure. It’s an exciting time to join because performance is strong, the team is expanding, and they are moving into a beautiful new office in January.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the global consolidation process for 100+ entities, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual results
Collaborate with international accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and support consolidated financial statements and SEC filings
Contribute to corporate accounting areas such as pensions, stock‑based compensation, hedging, and goodwill/intangible asset assessments
Assist with integrating newly acquired entities into the reporting and consolidation framework
Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and partner with the financial systems team to enhance OneStream reporting and automation
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in public accounting with exposure to consolidated reporting or SEC clients, OR
3+ years of accounting experience from a public company
Compensation: Salary range: $95,000 – $115,000 annually, plus bonus incentive eligibility.
