Responsibilities Assist CFO in maintaining the integrity of the financial processes with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable – credit and collections. Assist in preparation of timely and accurate reporting on various partner companies. Assist employees with questions on benefit plans and other HR issues. Closely coordinate various Human Resource processes with V.P.’s and managers. Administer payroll processing. Coordinate temporary employee processes.
Education Some college courses or Associates Degree in accounting.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum of three years of Accounting Accounts Receivable/Payable, Payroll and Human Resource administration experience. Good computer skills including integrated software programs, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
