The Brian Sperry Real Estate Group is hiring an experienced Sales Associate who can produce at a high level in Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, and the surrounding coastal markets. This is not a training role. If you are not already closing deals, this is not the right fit. We are a disciplined, strategy-driven Compass team operating with a high standard of execution. Agents who succeed here already know how to build and manage a pipeline, convert consistently, and deliver a refined client experience. Top performers can advance to Sales Partner after hitting defined volume benchmarks. Compensation is commission only and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
Drive new business through consistent prospecting and follow-up
Manage buyers and sellers through escrow with support from operations and TC
Deliver sharp buyer consultations, listing presentations, and property tours
Represent the team at showings, open houses, and community events
Maintain CRM accuracy and follow established team processes
Uphold a high standard of professionalism and client communication
Qualifications
Active CA real estate license with CRMLS access
Minimum of 5 closed transactions within the past two years
Strong understanding of Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, and nearby markets
Self driven, competitive, and comfortable with accountability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to operate independently inside a defined structure
Proficient with technology, ideally familiar with CRMLS and Compass tools
Compensation $100,000 per year
