The Digital Solutions Director leads technology‑enabled financial close transformation projects, overseeing implementations, advising executives, driving growth, and mentoring teams.
Who You Are
Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA Certification highly preferred.
Blackline or FloQast implementation certifications highly preferred.
10+ years of experience in financial close and consolidations, including multi‑entity and international experience; proven leadership and project management.
Experience managing financial close technology implementations in consulting or industry settings.
Strong ability to lead complex engagements, provide strategic oversight, and ensure excellence in delivery.
Experience mentoring and developing teams within a collaborative environment.
In‑depth knowledge of financial close processes and best practices; ability to tailor solutions to client objectives and controls.
Client‑relationship skills: building trust, credibility, and advising at the executive level.
Visionary leader committed to growing the Digital Solutions practice and enhancing service offerings.
What You’ll Do
Lead delivery of close management and automation tool implementation services, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Develop and execute strategic engagement plans, assessing current close technology landscapes and advising on best practices.
Serve as the primary executive liaison with clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
Drive growth of the Digital Services practice, identifying expansion opportunities and enhancing methodologies.
Mentor and develop the advisory team, encouraging professional growth and a culture of continuous learning.
Maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism, and client service, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment.
