Overview
Reach3 Insights – Senior Account Executive (Enterprise). We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive to help grow the Reach3 business within the global market research & consumer insights industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in consultative or SaaS-based selling techniques and managing the entire business development process. Compensation and benefits
We currently offer hybrid or remote opportunities, with hub offices in Chicago, Vancouver and Toronto. This position is US based – with a Chicago home base preferred. We are only able to hire candidates who reside in the following States: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
We compensate fairly and are committed to pay equity/fair pay practices and closing the gender salary gap. Our compensation package includes:
In determining salary, Reach3 Insights considers many factors including the candidate's skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $140,000, with the upper portion typically reserved for tenured employees who have developed extensive job knowledge within the company.
Home office stipend, monthly internet stipend and cellphone stipend.
Comprehensive paid time off that covers vacation, sick, and personal days.
Volunteer days and professional development days.

Role responsibilities
You will develop new client relationships across industry verticals (primarily CPG/FMCG, Technology, Telecom, Financial Services, Retail, Health & Media & Entertainment) and work closely with the senior leaders of our client service teams to identify and prioritize client prospects.
You will map buying centers within prospective clients and develop creative outreach campaigns that are unique, distinctive and cut through the clutter to engage buyers in capabilities meetings and solutions demos.
You will lead capabilities sessions that showcase our mobile chat-based insight methods, engaging potential buyers with tailored demos and case studies.
You will develop persuasive proposals that highlight the value and benefits of our methodologies, and proactively manage follow-up during the proposal process.
You will negotiate deal parameters and pricing to accelerate conversion.
You will contribute to seminars, conferences, webinars and other events that engage clients in the buying process.
You will execute all the above in a fast-paced environment across a diverse array of clients, managing multiple engagements at varying points in the client acquisition process.
Your primary focus will be on net new client acquisition across Fortune 200 brands, but you will also assist with expansion efforts among existing clients.
Qualifications
College/University degree.
5+ years of quota carrying sales experience (consultative and/or SaaS) in the marketing research, consumer insights or customer experience fields is a must, with knowledge of research methodologies (including Insight Communities) a plus.

Tenured experience in pipeline management and sales process execution.
Technical proficiency – you can conduct your own demos without a Sales Engineer.
Disciplined towards the sales process and driven by setting and hitting daily goals.
Highly competitive mindset – you are creative in breaking through with clients and persuasive when selling a compelling vision.
Salesforce management – you can accurately maintain hygiene within our CRM.
Self-starter who continuously thinks about new ways to grow our business.
