What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement scalable and performant web application solutions
Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes
Mentor and coach junior engineers through thorough code reviews and feedback
Improve AI/ML infrastructure for model development with a focus on generative AI architectures
Design and implement strategies for integrating AI capabilities into healthcare systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience building full-stack web applications in a cross-functional team
At least 3 years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table data sets
3+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting
3+ years of experience coaching other engineers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with AI/ML technologies and generative AI models
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and security regulations
Proven track record of designing multi-year technical visions
