Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement a Strategic Plan: Work with volunteers, community leaders, and key staff to create a strategic plan that addresses community needs, includes defined organizational strategies, a clear implementation plan with deliverables, and measurable goals.
Improve Operating Performance: Engage the board and staff to develop an annual tactical plan for key goals, forecast future needs, and manage daily operations.
Fiscal Management: Forecast financial trends, grow earned revenue, control costs, and lead the organization to balance or surplus operations.
Position the Y as a Vital Partner for Community Change: Serve as an ambassador for the mission and cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
Steward Fundraising Efforts: Develop and implement an annual fundraising plan to strengthen giving and endowment.
Build and Lead Staff: Hire, motivate, nurture, retain, and hold staff accountable; create a learning organization.
Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually. Benefits include Y Retirement 12% contribution when eligible, 403B savings account, PTO, health plan ($60 per pay for employee), and other benefits per policy.
