Role Expectations

Hands‑on client‑facing lead role (account opener). Capture business requirements, convert to technical design.

60% development work, 40% business requirement capture, resource and client interaction.

Own the project and team; coordinate with offshore resources if applicable.

Essential Skills

Capital market experience (back office, middle office) a plus.

ETL tools: SSIS, data integration projects.

Reporting tools: SSRS (expert level).

DBMS: MS SQL Server

Preferred Technical Skill

APEX — application development, technical requirements.
