is seeking a Principal Service Engineer to lead IS Asset and Supply Chain Management initiatives, driving innovation in IT service delivery and ensuring caregiver experiences are superior.

Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of IS service architectures, establishing best practices and championing automation to improve compliance, resilience, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with 3rd‑party logistics partners, End User Support, ServiceNow and Oracle teams to deliver seamless IS equipment services (including IT asset disposition, imaging, and project‑based orders).
Mentor peers, influence strategic decisions, and act as a thought leader in adopting emerging technologies such as AI‑driven user experiences.
Ensure exceptional caregiver experiences and measurable improvements in key performance indicators.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, order fulfillment, and supply‑chain reliability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
8+ years of related experience.
Strong experience in automation, deployment, recovery, and manual process reduction.
Experience with n‑tier solutions and resilience modeling (failure‑mode analysis).
Ability to influence engineering teams in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture.
Experience leading service representation in backlog discussions, stand‑ups, and prioritisation of live‑site requirements.
Data‑driven decision making using logic, reasoning, and root‑cause analysis.
Advanced problem‑solving skills and systematic investigation of incidents.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
Experience in a healthcare environment.
PMP Certification.
Agile development experience.
8+ years leading service engineering initiatives in global supply‑chain environments.
5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Lead end‑to‑end design and implementation of scalable service engineering solutions.
Develop and optimise automation frameworks for supply‑chain reliability, uptime, and performance.
Proficient scripting (e.g., Power Automate) for diagnostics, monitoring, and automation.
Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor service health and supply‑chain performance in real‑time.
Lead feedback reviews and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
