Including IT asset disposition (ITAD), imaging, and project-based orders. You’ll collaborate with 3rd Party Logistics Partners, End User Support, and internal ServiceNow and Oracle teams to deliver seamless IS equipment services to caregivers. As a technical leader, you will design and implement service architectures, establish best practices, and champion automation to enhance compliance, resilience, and cost efficiency. With a focus on continuous improvement and AI-driven user experiences, you will mentor peers, influence strategic decisions, and act as a thought leader in adopting emerging technologies—all while ensuring exceptional caregiver experiences and measurable improvements in KPIs. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - Supply Chain, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 8 years Related experience; more preferred. Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes. Strong experience with n-tier solutions. Strong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually). Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations. Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements. Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis. Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree - Supply Chain, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience Experience in a Healthcare environment PMP Certification Agile development experience 8 or more years of experience leading service engineering initiatives across complex, global supply chain environments, driving operational excellence system reliability, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions 5 or more years of experience working directly in ServiceNow Lead end-to-end design and implementation of scalable service engineering solutions for global supply chain systems Develop and optimize automation frameworks to improve supply chain reliability, uptime, and performance. Strong proficiency in scripting (e.g., Power Automate) to support diagnostics, monitoring, and automation Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and order fulfillment Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless integration and service delivery Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor service health and supply chain performance in real time Lead feedback reviews and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Salary Range by Location
