has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced
Technical Account Manager
for our client, a leading provider of networking, voice and AI solutions!
This is a full‑time, direct hire position open to remote candidates (PST Preferred).
The
Technical Account Manager (TAM)
acts as a vital link between clients and internal teams, championing technical excellence and strategic guidance. Focused on a select group of “A+” ranked clients, this role ensures their technology solutions meet business objectives through proactive engagement, expert consultation, and vendor coordination. The TAM brings consistency, strategic foresight, and consultative value to every client interaction, enhancing satisfaction and driving long‑term relationships.

This full‑time position offers an annual base salary range of $95-115k, commensurate with experience. The organization provides a robust benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage in addition to paid time off.
Responsibilities
Serve as the trusted technical advisor for clients, leading strategic reviews, technical assessments, and roadmap development to align solutions with business objectives.
Manage platform health reviews, oversee project pipelines, and identify opportunities for performance, security, and infrastructure improvements.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, coordinating resolution efforts internally and with vendors, while ensuring clear communication and documentation.
Maintain and update vendor documentation, organize relevant product training, and facilitate client enablement sessions to maximize solution adoption.
Qualifications
Background in client-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, consulting, or technical support leadership.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language.
Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and maintaining technical documentation.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proven experience in networking (SD‑WAN, SASE, MCaaS) and/or voice/contact center platforms (Five9, Talkdesk, Zoom, RingCentral, etc.).
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and escalation management skills.
