A prominent manufacturer in the renewable energy industry is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager in the greater Seattle, Washington area.
Candidates Must Have:
7+ years of Environmental, Health, and Safety leadership in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Thorough understanding of EPA, OSHA, and local/state/federal regulations.
Direct experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in public health, industrial hygiene, environmental studies, or related discipline preferred.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
Develop and implement programs to reduce waste, improve energy efficiency, and promote sustainability initiatives.
Conduct environmental and safety assessments, lead incident investigations, and drive corrective actions.
Lead safety training and emergency response programs.
