What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in various settings
Oversee and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs during therapy sessions
Develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
Collaborate with other therapists and social workers to support clients' needs
Provide caregiver coaching and support to enhance treatment effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodiverse needs
Proven leadership skills to supervise and mentor staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Background in developing treatment plans for diverse populations
Previous experience in a clinical supervisory role
