What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum aged 2-18
Collect data utilizing Central Reach software
Meet billable hour requirements: 27 hours for full-time BCBAs and 75% of total hours for part-time BCBAs
Conduct intake and assessments for clients
Train parents and collaborate with a team of clinicians and clinical directors
What is Required (Qualifications):
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master’s Degree in a related field
Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
Passion for client success and strong leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in providing ABA therapy to children with autism
Familiarity with Central Reach or similar data collection systems
Previous mentorship experience with RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Knowledge of current best practices in ABA therapy
