HVAC Sales Representative
A top mechanical contractor is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable HVAC Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on driving sales of HVAC systems and services to both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the HVAC industry.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of HVAC products and services.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to clients.
Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in HVAC or Building Automation Systems Sales industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technology, including Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
Benefits Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 (DOE)
