About the Job Domino’s Pizza is looking for a Restaurant Manager who has experience in the restaurant industry and is ready to manage a store.

Job Requirements and Duties

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift (cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations).

Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and set an example for the crew.

Ensure staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.

General Job Duties for Store Team Members

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility daily.

Training and Orientation On‑the‑job training and orientation provided.

Communication Skills

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, processing orders over the phone and in person.

Essential Functions and Skills

Perform arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).

Make correct monetary change and handle monetary transactions.

Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions

Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F (in cooler) to 90°F+ in some work areas.

Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.

Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing Requirements

Talking and hearing on telephone.

Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.

Depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress.

Meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical Requirements

Standing (most tasks performed standing). Walking (short distances and durations). Sitting (paperwork completed at desk or table).

Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs, stacking onto shelves up to 72 high.

Carrying large cans (3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of dough (~12 lbs per tray).

Pushing/pulling trays on dollies (force up to 7.5 lbs).

Climbing stairs or ladder to perform maintenance.

Stoop/bend forward at waist (~30‑45 seconds) during pizza assembly station.

Crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching up, down, and forward; reaching over 72 inches; reaching down to supply areas; reaching forward for toppings, cleaning surfaces, answering phones.

Hand Tasks and Eye‑Hand Coordination

Continuous use of hands, forearm, and wrist force (e.g., shaping dough, using pizza peel, rolling cutter).

Manipulation of pizza cutter, pizza peel, pizza boxes, and phones.

Machines, Tools, and Equipment

Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.

Driving Specific Job Duties

Deliver product by car, deliver flyers and door hangers.

Requires valid driver’s license with safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.

Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.

Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing multiple flights of stairs.

Physical Demands – Delivery Personnel

Carrying pizzas and beverages, walking and climbing duties to deliver products.

Driving within designated area, delivering multiple pizzas per shift.

Walking between store, vehicle, and customer's location.

Climbing flights of stairs during delivery.

Exposure to varying weather while delivering product.

Sensing: far vision and night vision for driving.
