Overview L.E.K. Consulting is a global management consulting firm that provides deep industry expertise and rigorous analysis to help business leaders achieve practical results with real impact. The Knowledge Management (KM) function is one of four key pillars to the Solutions Team, focusing on capturing and distributing insights and frameworks to enable consulting teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with KM, Strategy, and Ops personnel to identify sector knowledge priorities and codify materials.

Capture key information from case team efforts including industry insights, frameworks, case examples, tools, and templates.

Deliver value‑added support to case teams by curating best‑in‑class content and equipping teams with relevant expertise and resource recommendations.

Research and provide insights around relevant knowledge resources to answer business questions posed by case teams.

Process and upload knowledge onto global practice area sites on the L.E.K. intranet, ensuring tools, templates, insights, metadata, and assets are up to date and shared; identify content gaps.

Harness AI capabilities to extract greater insight and value from firm knowledge assets.

Consult with case teams on best practice IP and frameworks at case start.

Help develop credentials and materials on key topics across the sector to support client development and sales & marketing efforts.

Boost awareness of KM tools and resources and help staff understand knowledge sharing expectations and policies.

Champion KM and promote continued enhancements in process, content, and IP best practices across the firm, serving as a thought leader in developing content and data for AI tools.

Collaborate with other Core Services teams to provide consolidated view of case delivery resources.

Track data and metrics around IP development and other KM activities.

Create and package content and insights in a manner consistent with L.E.K.’s standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic credentials.

1+ years of experience, ideally in professional services.

Healthcare sector related experience a plus.

Interest or experience in knowledge management.

Demonstrated strategic thinker with a bias for action.

Self‑starting, comfortable working autonomously while appreciating guided coaching and collaborative teaming.

Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment juggling multiple priorities.

Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Energy, enthusiasm, and drive to create a positive working relationship with the business and KM team.

Strong attention to detail.

Track record of high performance and follow‑through in a global organization.

Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 suite.

Experience with KM technologies including SharePoint and AI tools is a plus.
