Accommodations Business Partner – Target

Target is seeking an Accommodations Business Partner to partner with leaders, local HR and team members to provide workplace accommodations and ensure equal benefits for all Target team members. This role is a strategic partner to Target’s Guest Experience and a subject matter expert on Target’s accommodations process, state and federal disability and accommodation laws, and Target’s workplace accommodation process. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert on the accommodation process and provide end‑to‑end case management. Assess accommodation requests, determine reasonable accommodations, and partner with local HR and leaders to implement and monitor accommodations. Create and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant case records. Maintain a full caseload of approximately 80 cases, with caseload fluctuating during high‑volume periods.

Escalate and consult on complex situations that may require consultation with Senior Manager Accommodations or Senior Accommodations Business Partner. Required Qualifications

Four‑year degree or equivalent experience. Detail orientation with ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain excellent follow‑up in a‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to make independent decisions utilizing internal policies and processes. Ability to flex schedule to be available for team member contact between 7 AM – 6 PM Monday – Friday. Passion for delivering a positive team member experience and excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Demonstrated knowledge of computer operating skills. Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience with case management or providing support to employees on disability or employee relations functions. Previous experience in advocacy, providing consultation and settling disability issues. A general understanding of federal and state disability and accommodation laws, in addition to understanding the workplace accommodation process. Benefits & Eligibility
