Qualifications
2 years retail/customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales‑focused environment
Minimum High School or GED
Requirements
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed.
Ability to work full‑time (excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
