Project Accountant
Building Talent partners with Architecture and Engineering (A/E) firms across the Bay Area to identify experienced Project Accountants and Senior Project Accountants for ongoing needs across multiple clients. We’re connecting with professionals who have direct A/E project accounting experience and want to stay informed as new opportunities arise.
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr
Key Project Accounting Responsibilities
Project setup, budgets, fee tracking, and reporting
Billing, A/R, and collections
Vendor and subconsultant invoicing
Contract and change-order support
Coordination with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
Maintaining clean, accurate data in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or similar platforms
What our clients typically look for
5+ years of project accounting or A/R experience within an A/E firm or closely related professional services environment
Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or Ajera preferred
Detail-driven, organized, and able to support multiple active projects
