Position Summary As a senior member of the professional staff, you will contribute expertise in one or more disciplines such as Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Resources, Operations Planning & Support, Sales, and Marketing to support function and/or discipline objectives. You will develop operating plans and related operational processes for your department, monitor the flow of work between departments, and manage your organization through reliable systems and processes.
In support of MVW’s multi‑year modernization journey, you will deliver flexible, practical ways to respond to changing business needs and accelerate the rollout of planned transformation programs that position and strengthen MVW for the future.
Job Summary Reporting to the Vice President, Global Strategy and Transformation, you will manage the design and execution of the Finance & Accounting (F&A) Global Transformation Program Management Office. You will serve as the operational point of contact for internal associates, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Third‑Party Resources (TPRs) that execute F&A transition and transformation projects across the MVW Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal and third‑party project managers and partner with MVW functional leads and subject matter experts to define business requirements, manage UAT, and support hyper‑care for applicable projects.
Deliver projects within the portfolio on time, on scope, and on budget (e.g., 95% on‑time delivery rate, budget variance within +/- 5%, 100% scope completion).
Improve stakeholder communication and satisfaction (e.g., increase satisfaction score from 80% to 85%).
Enhance team collaboration and performance (e.g., facilitate bi‑weekly retrospectives with 100% participation, improve team velocity by 10%).
Strengthen risk and issue management (e.g., mitigate or resolve 90% of critical tasks before milestones, maintain issue resolution time under three days for 95% of cases).
Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices (e.g., implement three new process improvements based on post‑retrospective feedback).
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to Executive Committee members, sponsors, and senior business leaders.
Collaborate with MVW senior functional leaders, OCM, communications, and external providers to scope and execute change management plans.
Identify and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle, manage change requests, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Support hybrid agile and waterfall project management, promote lean delivery principles, and facilitate program‑level ceremonies.
Partner with Finance and HR to manage program budgets, forecast spend, and optimize resource utilization.
Define and monitor KPIs and OKRs, evaluate program and project effectiveness, and measure business and customer outcomes.

Program Planning & Strategy
Identify and design fit‑for‑purpose processes, tools, and controls for the new operating model.
Define program goals, scope, and success criteria aligned with business strategies.
Develop integrated roadmaps across multiple projects.
Align program objectives with MVW Enterprise priorities and value streams.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Collaborate with leaders across finance, legal, global technology, and other shared services to design and execute process and technology training.
Facilitate collaboration between project teams and manage dependencies.
Work with senior functional leaders, including HR and GT, to ensure program alignment.
Execution & Delivery Management
Oversee execution of multiple related projects or initiatives.
Define and initiate integration activities, track actions through completion.
Track progress against milestones, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure delivery quality through governance, risk management, and escalation protocols.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure priority alignment.
Create executive‑level reporting and dashboards.
Collaborate with OCM, communications, MSPs, and external providers to scope communications plans and execute change management.
Risk, Issues, & Change Management
Identify and mitigate risks across the program lifecycle.
Manage change requests and assess impacts on scope, schedules, and resources.
Adjust project schedules and milestones as agreed by MVW leadership.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Agile & Lean Practices Enablement
Support a hybrid agile and waterfall approach to project management.
Promote lean delivery principles and continuous improvement.
Facilitate pre‑mortem, retrospectives, agile ceremonies, and post‑mortem assessments at the program level.
Recommend potential improvements to the global operating model.
Budgeting & Resource Management
Partner with Finance to manage program budgets; collaborate with HR and vendors for resource allocation.
Forecast and track spend across teams and vendors.
Optimize resource utilization and team capacity.
Metrics & Outcome Tracking
Define and monitor KPIs and OKRs for program success.
Monitor achievement of project milestones and deliverables.
Measure and evaluate program and project effectiveness, including organizational acceptance.
Ensure programs deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Candidate Profile Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, technology, hospitality, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
PMP/PMI certification preferred.
Experience
At least 10 years of progressive experience managing enterprise‑wide, strategic organization transformational initiatives in Finance and Accounting.
Experience in a publicly traded, multi‑business‑line, international environment preferred.
Experience in a matrix corporate‑structured organization preferred.
Experience in Hotel Management, Vacation Ownership, Hospitality preferred.
Experience coordinating and directing multiple resources, both internal and external vendors.
Skills and Attributes
Proven thought leader, consensus builder, integrator of people, processes, and technology.
Experience as a program/project manager at the enterprise level on agile teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and senior‑level presentations.
Experience leading transformational initiatives in multinational, multi‑business‑line, matrix structures.
