We are seeking an experienced, strategic and customer-focused Sales Director to lead revenue growth in North America, develop new business opportunities, and enhance relationships with key OEMs across our core and emerging markets.

Responsibilities Lead and develop a commercial team including two Sales Managers and four Key Customer Relationship (KCR) representatives Build and execute medium-term growth plans aligned with Noratel’s strategic objectives Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing Identify new customer segments and growth opportunities in target markets, including Industrial & Connectivity, Medical, Security, Renewables and Transportation Manage strategic accounts, quotations, pricing and gross margins Conduct proactive outreach through virtual and face-to-face engagements to build a sustainable pipeline Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable forecasting Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and international sales teams to meet customer requirements and improve commercial execution Share market intelligence with global leadership to support product roadmaps, certifications and market positioning

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline A minimum of 15 years of B2B industrial sales experience; electrical or electronic components experience preferred At least 5 years leading and managing successful sales teams Proven record of success in complex, high-value technical sales Strong knowledge of power magnetics (transformers, inductors, chokes) is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-site and multi-cultural environments Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
