Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions

Publish financial statements on time

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Audit financial transactions and documents

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Hands‑on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks

Experience with general ledger functions

Former work experience as an Accountant

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

Job Highlights

Temp to perm

Ideal Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (8 hours per day)

Must have strong accounting experience: GL, AP, AR, billing statements, and month end close

Personable and able to interact with members regularly

Proficient in an accounting software (NorthStar is a huge plus)

Hospitality and/or Private Member industry experience is a bonus

Compensation

$27.13 - $31 /hour Pay Rate
