Senior Director of Sales
A global manufacturer of engineered electrical and electromechanical solutions is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive growth across the appliance and HVAC markets. This company supplies highly engineered components to major OEMs and tiered suppliers and is known for long‑standing partnerships across consumer, industrial, and commercial applications.
In this role, you will take full ownership of sales strategy and execution across North America while collaborating globally with teams in Asia and EMEA. You will guide market positioning, shape customer strategy, and ensure commercial alignment with product development, engineering, and operations. The organization has a strong revenue base and healthy customer mix, and you will be responsible for deepening existing relationships while identifying new opportunities across both established and emerging accounts.
You will lead and develop a high‑performing sales team, set clear targets, manage forecasting and budgeting, and drive disciplined pipeline management. The company operates in a competitive, fast‑moving environment, so the ability to combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution is key. This includes supporting long‑cycle B2B sales, understanding complex customer requirements, and representing the business at executive levels internally and externally.
The ideal background includes experience with engineered components such as motors, sensors, controls, wire harnesses, electromechanical assemblies, or related technologies. You should bring a track record of profitable growth, strong leadership experience, and comfort operating in a matrixed global organization. Travel is expected to be around 40 to 50 percent.
