This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of automotive innovation, partnering with OEM and Tier 1 clients to drive the future of both electrified and traditional mobility systems. Responsibilities
Define and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global business goals. Drive revenue growth through targeted new business development and account expansion across OEM, Tier 1, and Commercial Vehicle customers. Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance KPIs across the U.S. market. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional sales team. Foster a culture of ownership, performance, and continuous improvement. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strategic relationships with major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Lead commercial negotiations and serve as senior point of contact for key accounts. Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Work cross-functionally with global engineering, R&D, and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions. Report regularly to executive leadership on sales performance, risks, pipeline, and market intelligence. Requirements
Proven leadership experience in technical sales within the automotive Tier 1 or OEM ecosystem. Strong knowledge of the U.S. automotive customer landscape, with experience managing large, complex accounts. Background in sealing systems or related engineered components is highly preferred. Ability to engage on technical topics and interpret engineering drawings. Technical or engineering education preferred (mechanical, materials science, or automotive engineering). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Seniority level
